 Masterflex L/S Ink Pump Heads
Cost effective peristaltic ink pump system reduces cleanup time and improves ink delivery
to the press.
The patented unique design combines an over center cam with adjustable tubing retention to hold tubing securely in place. Choose ink pump head style “A” for precision tubing or ink pump head style “B” for high-performance precision tubing.

Masterflex L/S ll Ink Pump Heads
These ink pump heads are a refinement of our popular EASY-LOAD ink pump
heads.
The tubing retention has been improved so that adjustments are no longer needed— load the tubing
and
it will stay in the perfect geometry. Choose ink pump head style “A” for precision tubing or ink pump
head
style “B” for high-performance precision tubing.Also, choose between models with or without
adjustable occlusion.

- Improved automatic tubing retention system; accepts new L/S® 35 and L / S® 36 tubing sizes -
Eliminates need for manual adjustment of retention; provides for more secure retention of new
Masterflex L/S tubing sizes
- Models with adjustable occlusion available - Tighten occlusion for higher pressure; loosen for longer
tubing life—indicator on top of head shows relative occlusion setting
from 1 to 5

L/S Variable-Speed Modular Drives
Combine modular ink pump drives with reversible variable speed motors for
outstanding flexibility.
Modular drives combine features like reversible pumping with the ability to separate the motor and
controller
to place them where it is most convenient. Stock up to four ink pump heads on one motor
drive to save space.
Feature:
- Flow: 0.06 to 3400 ml/min (0.0006 to 2300 ml/min using cartridge pump head) -
Flow rate depends on drive rpm and tubing size, please refer to table on facing page
- Motor and controller are connected by a 6-ft (1.8-m) cable - Place components where convenient—
order optional extension cable 7553-72 below for 115 VAC drives to separate motor and controller
