 SS-2800 Ultrasonic Anilox Roll Cleaning System
Ultrasonic action is the ultimate anilox cleaning solution for thorough
anilox cleaning.
This single turner ultrasonic anilox cleaning system will clean anilox rolls with face lengths of up to 10” in
length. In most cases no gears or bearings need to be removed. One side of the anilox roll rests on the
belt driving system; the other side rests on the infinitely adjustable slide bar system. This anilox cleaning system is small enough and priced for the smaller print shops.

- 3.0 gallon solution capacity
- 117 volt, 60 Hz electrical requirements
- 14 Gauge, 11 3/4” long stainless steel tank
- Tank includes heater, stainless steel cover and drain

SS-6500 Ultrasonic Anilox Roll Cleaning System
A compact two roll anilox cleaning system utilizes ultrasonic action with sonic kleen
ultrasonic cleaning solution to effectively clean ceramic anilox rolls.
This dual turner cleaning system will clean rolls with face lengths of up to 18” in length. In most cases no
gears or bearings need to be removed. One side of the anilox roll rests on the belt driving system; the
other side rests on the infinitely adjustable slide bar system. Coupled with other accessories this cleaning system can become very efficient and multifunctional.
