RL-1000E – E-LIFT MOTORIZED PORTABLE ROLL LIFTER

The E-lift portable roll loader is an ideal machine for effortless roll handling. Lift rolls
up to 950 lbs with fingertip controls for fast movement around the press room floor.

The E-Lift RL-1000E saves costly back injuries associated with lifting heavy rolls on and off converting equipment. Operators of virtually any size can operate and maneuver the new E-lift Roll Lifter due to the heavy duty motorized controls. It is ideal for loading, transporting & un-loading rolls on & off presses, rewinders & converting equipment.

The durable & robust E-lift roll lifter has the capacity to lift 950 lb. rolls up to 16” wide, continuously
for over one hour at full charge. Effortless roll lifting is accomplished with fingertip controls, heavy duty motorized winch & rechargeable marine battery. This ergonomic roll handler includes reversible motor
controls, low-inertia casters, simple detachable core lift boom & extendable front wheel assemblies.
The low friction wheels and optimal footprint make moving rolls around the shop floor a snap. The E-Lift
is equipped with a dual safety brake, push button controls, battery life indicator and requires very little maintenance.
