Centrifugal printing ink pump control systems for small presses requiring ink flow rates
of 1 GPM or less.

HV series ink pumps are the most popular of the Graymills ink pump for the narrow web printing industry.
These ink pumps include a wide variety of motor and tank options to fit almost any application. Ideal for
use with water, solvent or UV based inks/coatings, the HV series ink pump can be provided with pneumatic
or electric pumping sources.

• High strength thermoplastic pump body
• Stainless steel shaft
• Ball valve & ½” slip-on barb discharge tube
• Agitor jet for in-tank agitation
• 1 or 2 gallon flanged lid container with ¾” return hole

HR Series - Ink Pump Control System

Centrifugal printing ink pump control system for larger narrow web presses requiring ink
flow rates of up to 2 GPM.

HR series ink pumps are typically used on wider narrow & mid-web presses that require larger flow rates
due to higher ink transfer requirements. These ink pumps can be specified with a variety of electric motor options or pneumatic controls to deliver the proper amount of ink.

Feature / Configuration:

• TEFLON® coated cast iron body
• Stainless steel shaft
• Agitor tube for in-tank agitation
• Discharge 1/2" NPT
• 2 gallon stainless steel tank

PPS Series - Peristaltic Ink Pump System

A peristaltic ink pump control system designed for narrow web presses using light to
heavy viscosity water ink, solvent ink, and UV based inks.

The patented design provides converters with drastically reduced clean up time with less mess as they
only thing to clean is the tube. PPS ink pumps can be specified with electronic or air valve actuators and
deliver consistent ink delivery and pump longevity.

PQS Series - "Quick Change" Peristaltic Ink Pump System

New and innovative quick change peristaltic ink pump; means faster turnaround for your press… quickly adds to your bottom line.

Time is money and you’ll get quick returns from fast color changes and press turnaround using Graymills
“Quick Change” peristaltic ink pumps. Pumps head/tube changes are accomplished in second – without tools. Simply pull the lock-pin, remove the used head and replace with another head already loaded with clean tube.

Two Heads are better than one
Two “Quick Change” pump heads powered by a single motor – pump the same or different inks to two decks or supply and pump back from the same deck. Large and small heads available.

Remote control/low profile pump
Installs any where – even inside press frame. Controls can be mounted to press operator.
