 Tint Sleeves & Tint Sleeve Kits
Tint sleeves are used for flood coating solids and UV varnish on web presses.
The rubber sleeves are manufactured with compatible rubber compounds that produce consistent results.
Our inspection teams assure the possible pinholes and grindlines that can occur in the manufacturing
process are not part of our inventory.
Mandrils with gears can be either be air-assisted or non-air assisted. Having an air-assisted mandrill allows
the operator to affix the sleeve with ease as it glides across a cushion of air. Separate stand and air probe
are available. The sleeve is set firmly in position with a pair of
collars set on each slide.

To accurately cut your sleeve to your required width, an optional tint sleeve cutter is available.
