Pressroom Tools
Throughout each pressroom, specialized tools are required to change worn parts or to assure equipment is maintained to its optimum performance.
Swing gauges are used to align printing heads. Tachometers are employed to check consistent motor speeds. An alignment fixture is used when installing shaft assemblies to minimize runout. Snap ring pliers are modified for access in tight areas where standard ones are cumbersome. Anilox pullers for removal of anilox rolls from shafts to avoid damages to the costly roll. Nut removers for installation and removal of anilox rolls. Bearing knockout punches to remove needle bearings from gears, rolls and blocks.
AAA Press International has the proper tools for all maintenance personnel and the technical personnel on staff to guide and advise usage.

Removing anilox rolls from your Webtron 650 and 750 shaft assemblies can be tedious. Using the AAA anilox puller for removal makes this job much easier. Relying on the AAA sure-fit anilox puller not only ensures ease of removal, but the padded frame minimizes possible damage to the costly roll. |

Modified Snap Ring Pliers
Removing the snap ring that retains the impression roll onto the shaft assembly is easier with our modified snap ring pliers. |
