Throughout each press room, specialized tools are required to change worn parts or to assure equipment
is maintained to its optimum performance.

Swing gauges are used to align printing heads. Tachometers are employed to check consistent motor
speeds. An alignment fixture is used when installing shaft assemblies to minimize runout. Snap ring pliers
are modified for access in tight areas where standard ones are cumbersome. Anilox pullers for removal
of anilox rolls from shafts to avoid damages to the costly roll. Nut removers for installation and removal
of anilox rolls. Bearing knockout punches to remove needle bearings from gears, rolls and blocks.
