Graphic Vision® RX100 Series

Digital print vision for web inspection of labels, tags, and flexible packaging. Narrow
web inspection up to 2000 FPM.

The Graphic Vision RX Series are economical, easy to operate digital inspection system equipped with
a manual or motorized lateral traverse. The system takes a snapshot of a moving web and displays
real-time images on a high-resolution monitor. The operator can adjust linear and lateral position and magnification levels of the image via the remote control.

Optional:

• Split-screen software- vertical and horizontal mode split-screen software
• Motorized traverse with automatic lateral scanning- provides motorized traverse assembly which
  allows the operator to automatically scan continuously across the web in the lateral direction. Travel
  speed is adjustable from 0.5" to 4" per second.
• Reset sensor- additional sensor provided to provide absolute linear positioning.
  The system will remember the linear position when the press is stopped or power is removed.
  Choice of sensor: mark sensor, die cut label sensor and magnetic sensor.
• High frequency strobe upgrade- allows inspection up to 300 images per second

• Over or under impression
• Damaged plates
• Varnishes and coating

* The RX series camera systems specifically offer basic web viewing and random sampling defect detection. For 100% defect detection, the VIPER application is the correct fit (not
part of RX series).
