Sales Administrator JOB
AAA Press International is a mid-sized business that provides products and services to
the Flexographic Printing Industry. We have been in business for over 21 years with an established customer base of more than 2,000 converters.
We seek a highly motivated individual to provide sales support and administrative assistance in our equipment sales department. We sell pre-owned printing presses & converting equipment to all of our prospects using “pull” marketing techniques that include a 20 page monthly newsletter (sent to more than 4,000 prospects), comprehensive website with search engine optimization, inside sales and outside sales. These techniques bring buyers to us which translates into sales by providing information only.
Sales Admin job duties include:
- Fielding incoming equipment inquiries and phone calls
- E-mailing information from our database
- Producing & emailing “canned” sales contracts
- Updating equipment information in a simple pre-existing database
- Requesting freight quotes and scheduling freight pickups
Job Skills Include:
- Excellent organizational skills & detail oriented individual
- Proficient at using a PC and Microsoft word/outlook
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Positive “Can-do” attitude
